It is our understanding that Prospect(s) wishes to register with SBI REALTY INC (as SBI)
as a potential Purchaser of the Property and/or leaser of the property.

Upon receipt of this Agreement signed by Prospect, then SBI will provide the Prospect(s)
certain Information relative to the Property as well as other information that may be pertinent
as to the Sale of the Property or specific information requested by the Purchaser.

Said Information is believed to be accurate and has been obtained by sources believed to be reliable.
However, neither SBI nor the Owner make any claims, or assumes any responsibility for the accuracy
or completeness of the Information. Neither the Owner, neither SBI shall have any liability for any
reason to the Purchaser resulting from the use of the Information by the Purchaser.

The Agreement stated herein shall remain in effect for a period of 3 (Three) months and shall be
limited to the above referenced Property(s) and this obligation shall not be affected if the Owner
subsequently list the Property directly with any other Broker besides the actual one.

The Property is offered for sale subject to withdrawal from the market, change in offering price,
prior sale or rejection of any offer because of the terms thereof, lack of satisfactory credit references
of any Prospect, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Property is offered without regards to
Race, Creed, Sex, Religion or National Origin.

By the signatures below and execution of this Agreement thereby each of the Signatories
separately and individually and their associates confirm that any Corporation, Organization,
Firm, Company or Individual of which this signatory is a part to or of, member of, principal of,
or agents for said Association is bound hereby.

Prospect(s) acknowledge(s} that be/she/they was/were introduced to the property by REALTOR,
provided all information regarding the property by REALTOR and understand(s) that REALTOR
is the procuring cause of any sale which may result between Owner(s) and Prospect(s) regarding this property.

Prospect(s) agree(s) to keep REALTOR advised as to interest in the property and will promptly notify
REALTOR in the even the/she/they decide(s) not to proceed with negotiations.
